Deacon Signature a. Will communicate and coordinate with the FBC Deacon Ministry. b. Ensure resources are available to open and close all FBC buildings that are required for the event. c. Setup and ensure all media/audio/and video are in working condition. d. Support Activity and Ministry for the event and day of the event. Trustee Signature a. Will communicate and coordinate with the FBC Trustee Ministry b. Ensure all cost is paid prior to event or have the authorization for cost collected after the event on same day. c. Work with the ministry to collect any funds that are to be held by FBC within 5 days of the program/event d. Ensure cleaning team is contacted for cleaning if required. e. Contact Church Clerk · to ensure activity is listed on church calendar · the announcement is provided to the appropriate team/person. f. Support Activity and Ministry for the event and day of the event. Ministry Lead for the event a. Ensure that there is no calendar conflict (date/time) prior to having Deacon/Trustee Signature. · This can be reviewed at FBCSI.SITE go to church calendar or contact Church Clerk. b. If the Ministry Chairperson is not listed as submitter, then the chairperson name/signature on the form is a requirement for responsibility of the activity. c. Before moving forward to Pastor for signature, there must be a Deacon and Trustee signature. · Once Deacon/Trustee has signed, then (and only then) the Pastor’s signature can be obtained. Pastor Signature a. The Pastor’s signature is to ensure that the activity/event/program is within the spiritual practice of Fellowship Baptist Church and is aligned to our church By-Laws and policies.
Kitchen Usage *There is no Kitchen weekly cleaning. After every activity the ministry/committee must clean the kitchen.
a. No frying fish inside the lower hall or kitchen. b. Cleaning must include removal of all oils and trash on same night and placed outside in a manner that the NYC Sanitation will accept. c. Kitchen Floor minimum damp mopped and counter must be wet wiped and all dishes are washed and put away. d. If the microwave, stoves or oven is used for warming or cooking all parts must be wet wiped and ensure it is turned off. e. The Trustee ministry will return to check on appearance. Remember you are cleaning for the next event. If you see an issue before you begin, take pictures, and contact the Trustee. Nothing will happen on that day; however, we will investigate this issue to ensure it will not happen again.
